What should my child wear?
Our school uniform is:
Grey skirt/ pinafore dress/trousers
Navy blue sweatshirt (with school logo)
Sky blue polo shirt (with school logo)
Grey tights/grey socks (winter)
White socks/grey socks (summer)
Sensible, black shoes (no heels)
Navy fleece with school logo
Navy blue checked dress may be worn in the summer term
Sun hat (for sun protection in the summer months)
Apron is essential for art activities – a large adult T shirt is ideal for this
PE kit (in a school PE bag in house colour)
Black shorts
White T shirt
White/grey PE socks
Trainers for outdoor PE
Plain black or navy track suits may be worn for outdoor games (winter only)
PE kit should be brought to school on Monday and returned home for washing each Friday.
ALL items of clothing should be clearly and indelibly labelled with your child’s name. Name labels are more effective than pen as this tends to wear off quickly.
Jewellery should not be worn in school. We have to consider the safety aspect as well as the possibility of loss or theft.
If children do have pierced ears, sleepers only should be worn. Even then, they may have to be removed for certain physical activities.
Watches may, of course, be worn, but schools accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
Uniform may be purchased from ‘DJ Uniforms’ in Bushey village or School Wear for Less
